Alex Hodara took no time to find a job and create a future for himself when he entered Boston University in 2008. He was young and inexperienced, but knew he had what it took to make something of himself. He went out and got his real estate license and soon after he was working as a real estate agent. Instead of thinking about where the party was each night, he was figuring out how he was going to take his clients out to see homes. See, Alex didn’t have a car, which is an essential part of being a real estate agent. But, that was just one of the many challenges he has overcome since his start. After a successful stint as an agent, Alex was ready for bigger things and started his own real estate firm. Since launching Hodara Real Estate Group, he has started additional businesses to branch off his real estate company and has been recognized by tons of news outlets. His most recent venture came from an idea for a reality show based around the lives of entrepreneurs.
Julian Jung
Leasing Manager at Hodara Real Estate Group
Currently a junior at Northeastern University studying Finance and Accounting, Julian Jung joined the Hodara Real Estate Group as a realtor in 2010, quickly moving up the ranks to become the company’s Leasing Manager. After less than a year, Julian is already one of the company’s most successful agents with accomplishments that include a half-million dollar investment property deal. An entrepreneur at heart, Julian is also a founder and owner of NogFod™, a successful T-shirt line whose sales benefit educational-related charities. Look out for Julian on “Making Moves” as he continues to close deals and become a major player in Boston’s real estate market.
Vincent Vomero
Co-Owner Hodara Property Management
Co-Owner Hodara Real Estate Development
A recent Biology graduate of Boston University, Vincent is the Co-Owner of Hodara Real Estate Development. He is also Co-Owner and Chief Property Manager of Hodara Property Management which, since opening in September 2009, has quickly built a multi-million dollar portfolio throughout the Boston area. Vincent is especially interested in green construction and his scientific background has led him to approach problems from a more technical standpoint with a focus on finding environment-friendly and sustainable building solutions. Vincent is a vital member of the Hodara Property Management and Hodara Real Estate Development teams, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his diverse academic and professional backgrounds. He has also been featured in the media, including Michael Levy’s “Successful Property Managers” series.
